Finished installation under voltage substation 110/6 kV "Mokhovaya", technical re-equipment which was made by our company in 2013 by the order of FSUE "NIIMash", under the jurisdiction of the Federal space Agency. The need to retool arose in connection with the physical deterioration of the equipment of the substation and the end of his resources.
The upgrade project was implemented by the subdivision of UES-Project, which, due to the high coefficient of compactness of the construction site ORU-110 kV, was offered a constructive solution that allows you to embed new equipment 110 kV existing size limitations, while complying with the requirements of PUE. Thus were established gas-insulated core switch, circuit breaker, current transformers and voltage.
Also due to the reduction of the production capacity of the enterprise project was envisaged to replace the power transformer with a capacity of 5.6 MVA transformer custom design TDS-4000/110 N1, designed and manufactured specifically for SS 110/6 kV «Mokhovaya».
Modernization has been indoor switchgear cells 6 kV with oil circuit breakers and electromechanical relays (he was replaced by switchgear K-59 series with vacuum circuit breakers and microprocessor-based relay protection) and substation control house, inside of which were installed cabinet protection and automation on the basis of microprocessor terminal device, power supply system and remote control.
Equipment supply, construction and commissioning work performed by our specialists. Technical re-equipment of the substation 110/6 kV «Mokhovaya» helped to ensure uninterrupted power supply and security of strategically important object because of the FSUE "NIIMash" is the parent company of the rocket and space industry of Russia in the field of development and production of rocket thrusters, as well as research and test center liquid propellant rocket engines thrust up to 3000 kN for launch vehicles.
