The project emergency assistance to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, under contract with the world Bank, our company has implemented the project for the supply of bushings 500 kV (12 pieces), as well as transformer bushings 220 kV (39 pieces) and 110 kV (32 pieces) for the Cascade of Toktogul HPP Enterprises under construction power plant, Bishkek CHP and CHP, Osh.

Because of the above objects belong to the strategically important set inputs are solid insulation, providing high thermal and mechanical resistance, environmental friendliness, low partial discharge, fire and explosion safety. In addition, the solid insulation eliminates transmission losses of electric energy, which is important in the face of growing deficits (according to experts it can be achieved 2,750 gigawatts per hour by 2020).

The service life of such bushings is about 40 years.

All equipment produced by the Moscow factory «Insulator» and bushings 500 kV type KTkb-90-550/1000 — have been specially developed his expertise to overhaul transformer TC-400000/500 kV Toktogul hydroelectric power station. Up to this point, bushings with solid insulation and the highest operating voltage of 550 kV Russian manufacturers were not released.
