Hermetic three-phase oil transformers type TMG with corrugated tank, with natural oil cooling, with non-excitation regulating to be included in the network of alternating current with frequency of 50 Hz, intended for transmission and distribution of electricity in the conditions of temperate and cold climate. Transformers are not designed to operate under conditions of shock, vibration, explosive, and reactive environment. In the manufacture of transformers TMG applied technical solutions that increase reliability and reduce operating costs.
Transformers made in a hermetically sealed version with complete filling of the oil. There is no extender and the gas cushion. The temperature change of oil volume is compensated by the volume change of the corrugations of the tank due to plastic deformations. The advantage of sealed transformers is that the oil has no direct contact with the atmosphere, eliminating the ingress of moisture from the environment.
The transformers meet the requirements of GOST 11677 and technical condition 5100 RK 0001 0033 AO-017-2005. Voltage is regulated non-excitation. 4. Construction of transformers:
Tanks transformers rectangular. Below are the plug for draining the oil, the valve (tube) for oil filling, grounding bolt. On the lid of the tank are the HV, LV, oil gauge, safety valve, socket thermometer and earrings for lifting the transformer.
The active part consists of a magnetic core made of cold-rolled electrical steel coils and switch. A special form of execution of the magnetic circuit allows you to create a connection called «STEP-LAP», which proved to be excellent low noise and low no-load losses. The transformer winding is made of aluminum or copper wires up to 250 KVA and above the LV winding of the foil.
