2. Assignment:
Three-phase double winding oil transformers with extender, with natural oil cooling, with non-excitation regulating to be included in the network of alternating current with frequency of 50 Hz, intended for transmission and distribution of electricity in the conditions of temperate and cold climate. Transformers are not designed to operate under conditions of shock, vibration, explosive, and reactive environment.
Oil extender mounted on the tank cap has ventilation, United through drier air. The oil pressure in the transformer remains constant and does not depend on temperature.
On customer request the transformer can be made with a radiator or corrugated tank.
All transformers are subjected to typical and acceptance tests according to GOST 11677 and regulatory documentation.

4. Construction of transformers:
Tanks has two designs: radiator and corrugation wall.
Tanks TM-25-630 kVA — oval, and for capacities of 1000-2500 kVA — rectangular. To increase the cooling surface in transformers with a capacity of 100-2500 kW are equipped with radiators. For lifting the transformer Assembly used: earrings on the cover for TM-25-630/10, hooks located under the top frame of the tank for TM-1000-2500/10.
Tanks with corrugation wall made of rectangular shape. On the lid of the tank are the HV and LV, extender, Jack thermotank, at the bottom of the tank there is a plug for draining the oil, tube for sampling oil tube (valve) to fill the oil and the grounding bolt.
The active part consists of a magnetic core made of cold-rolled electrical steel coils and switch. A special form of execution of the magnetic circuit allows you to create a connection called «STEP-LAP», which proved to be excellent low noise and low no-load losses.
The transformer winding is made of aluminum or copper wires up to 250 kVA and above the LV winding of the foil. The HV and LV outdoor installation, removable, bushings and porcelain. At a current of 1000 a and higher in the upper part of the conductive rod is attached a special terminal with a shovel, which provide connecting flat tires.
The oil-extender provides oil under all operating conditions of the transformer and the fluctuations of the ambient temperature. Has three marks: −45°C +15°C, +40°C, corresponding to the oil level in an idle transformer at different temperatures. Transformers 1000 kVA and above are supplied with gas relay.
In transformers with capacity from 100 to 2500 kVA rollers are installed in the order that is used for longitudinal and transverse movement of the transformers.
